Remind Update

Parents,

Remind has allowed me to communicate efficiently with all of the parents who utilized it. I hoped this put your mind at ease as your child transitioned into middle school. However, beginning in January, the two-way communication feature will be disabled. You will still receive the daily messages, including homework and updates, but you will not be able to respond. My reasoning for doing this is to encourage the students to take responsibility for their own learning and advocate for themselves. The students should be the ones to ensure that they know what is expected for homework, and even where to find it. By now, the students should be more comfortable with the routines and expectations of their teachers.
